This idea will probably surprise many of you who have not yet purchased or are not able to buy a mattifying top coat in your local area cosmetic stores. You can do it yourself at home with just two ingredients. *Idea is not mine, it`s taken from the internet.
All you need to know I already explained in the video tutorial (tutorial is in Serbian language only, but you still can see the procedure). To create matte top coat the most important ingredient is starch or better known as cornstarch. He has his application in cooking sauces, where he mattifyes surface during cooking (e.g., tomato sauce). This process takes place on the surface of the base nail polish too *after applying the mixture of cornstarch and ordinary transparent nail polish. The power of mattifying is perfect and the only bad thing are the bubbles that eventually will form on the surface. However, the result is not bad at all, and I advise you to try this interesting experiment. In more than a half bottle of transparent polish I put one and a half teaspoon of cornstarch, and, finally, the small steel ball that is used to break up density. Photos are daylight, below I have a layer of Golden Rose Rich color # 15
